Company of Heroes is a fine WW2 land based game, its an RTS with superb graphics for those who have powerful CPUs, like myself. A new stand alone sequel is being released with even better AI and online play, called CoH: Tales of Valor.

Before I found NF I was playing CoH when I wasnt playing WoW. But RTS games are ok but I really like MMORPG and strategy games like Civilization and Total War.

i liked COH... more than all for the realism...
if you add some mods it get better...
like the armor in a tank can get real (from where you shoot, with what guns, you can even kill them with 1 shoot if you are lucky)

the map is also really good... make holes on the ground, and your soldier can take cover there...

PS: i like flamethrowers... Twisted Evil

I have CoH Opposing Fronts. Doing the missions and stuff right now so i can good at it before i play online. Or at least not as nub. I love the graphics on it. I love how everything is realistic. Putting your guys behind cover, all that good stuff. Its a very differnt game compared to command and conquer generals which is what i used to play. I love CoH, but i suck at it.

always?!?!?! BS it is the most powerful team especially with our strats but remember 3 v 3 up is better to be played allied. Also i kinda started pulling towards the allies just because of the speed they can develop and artillery of course.

COH is a pretty good game Smile

but ATM ,I'm playing Tom Clancy's : Endwar on PC ,so funny Razz Way more than the PS 3 game.
Only thing is the Voice commands (in French ,it mistakes with "Transport" (Transport Razz) and "Renfort" (Backups or Reinforcements) and other things like that ,only bad point Razz

Griefer ,what's your Nick on COH? %I'll get you when I can log back -.-" (Support probs)

i will have to send an email cuz i forgot my pw LOL but its NaziGeneral

@Texas, yes allied get arty early but the Panzer Elite hummels are far better and have a much greater area of effect. Also i believe i found a little glitch with the game texas that we need to test using the bergetiger. We will go Panzer Elite or i will and i will spawn jadgpanthers, kill them and once i have killed 5 i will bring them back to life with the bergetiger then assault a base with 5 jadgpanthers ^^

Company of heroes is good, but unbalanced. Allied artillery pound German artillery, German tanks steamroll allied tanks. Germans also have to upgrade more.... also find that Germans have better infantry. I also like how you don't have to have workers harvesting resources, just have to capture fuel points and stuff.

@ Elvenhunter - you can just torrent it if you dont care for multiplayer.... (computer is a pushover though)

And civilization is crap. No question. Since when did ancient German WW2 machine gunners shoot down apache helicopters? I even got a helicopter destroyed by a caveman...
